Multi-location website systems

One Website System for Every Franchise Location

A single franchise website platform where corporate governs the brand, franchisees manage approved local details, and every lead reaches the territory that owns it.

Overview

A multi-location franchise website is one platform with a location database behind it. Pages render from location records, permissions decide who can change what, and routing rules send each lead to the correct franchisee — so adding markets does not add operational work.

The control layer

Corporate governance and local flexibility in one franchise website provider model

The same system that protects your brand is the one franchisees use to keep their market information accurate.

System components

What the franchise website system includes

Corporate control

Corporate owns the brand layer: navigation, service definitions, design components, templates, legal content and the fields franchisees may edit. Nothing about the brand layer depends on franchisee cooperation.

Franchisee access

Franchisees receive scoped logins limited to their own locations. They can update approved local information without the ability to alter templates, brand messaging or global navigation.

  • Role-based permissions
  • Field-level restrictions
  • Optional approval workflow

Location database

One record per location holds name, slug, address, city, state, ZIP, phone, email, hours, coordinates, service areas, local services, offers, team, reviews, booking URL, franchise owner and local SEO fields.

Store locator

Visitors find the nearest location by ZIP, city or map interaction, then continue directly into that location's page and lead action instead of a generic contact form.

Lead routing

Routing rules resolve each submission to a single owner using selected location, ZIP, service area, territory map or regional fallback, and every decision is logged.

Local content fields

Local offers, staff, service areas, hours and reviews slot into fixed template positions, so pages stay genuinely local without becoming inconsistent.

Local SEO built into the model

Each location page carries its own title, meta description, heading structure and LocalBusiness schema generated from verified location data — never from assumptions.

New location workflows

Opening a market becomes a checklist: create the record, publish the page, add it to the locator, connect tracking, assign routing and prepare local SEO elements.
